Local Candidate Endorsements
There is one local candidate we endorsed (in a non-partisan race): |
||
| San Diego School Board District B | Kevin Beiser | http://www.kevinbeiser.com |
| Kevin requested our endorsement in this non-partisan race. He completed our candidate questionnaire to our satisfaction, and met with most of the County Council members. He is in alignment with our positions on subjects relating to our Ten Key Values, such as universal healthcare, public financing of elections, marriage equality, and preserving the environment. Note: In the primary election only San Diego city residents in District B can vote for Kevin. The top two candidates from the primary proceed to the November general election (even if one candidate receives a majority vote). In the November election, all City of San Diego residents for the District B representative. |
